Teresa Sims is the head of the healthcare and technology division of Sims Executive Search. Teresa graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Pre-Med degree. Teresa has established a national reputation in healthcare. She has worked on consulting projects for some of the largest hospital organizations in the United States, and held positions at the director level at one of the largest hospital systems in the Midwest.
Her specialties are in the areas of Electronic Medical Records, and was a leader of one of the largest implementation projects in the country in which several legacy systems were converted to a primary EHR Software. She has extensive experience working with 'C' level Executive and Physicians on both the corporate and clinical side of healthcare.
She oversees all healthcare and technology recruiting and consulting projects of the firm, and brings her expertise to her clients as they partner together to bring the best possible talent and knowledge to their organizations.
